Once you've found your space you need to keep it nice. It will make you sleep better and get on with more work! Bright colours make you feel motivated and make your room look really aesthetically pleasing.
Easy Ways to make your room better immediately
Let air come in.
Every morning open up your window and let your room air out. This will always make you feel better because you're not breathing in stale air. If possible, leave your window open all the time, but of course, sometimes it's too hot/cold to do this, so just having it open for half an hour in the morning is still better than nothing.
Keep it tidy.
I know, I know, state the obvious, but this is actually something to work on. We all have a tendency just to put something to the side and say, "I'll put it away later”, which of course never happens. We do this so much that by the end of the day it's a complete tip! You have to train yourself to do things immediately. "If I don't it's never going to happen".
Organize your drawers.
It can be difficult to keep things tidy if you don't have any drawers or organisers. Whenever there's a specific place to put something, you are more likely to put it there, so this hack is a must.
Make your bed.
Kind of following on from keeping things clean and tidy, if you don't make your bed, it makes your room look way messier than it actually is! This is one thing you should pretty much always do straight away in the morning, but if there's ever a day where you are in a big rush and don't get round to doing it, it always starts the day off on a bad note. When you make your bed in the morning it tells your brain that you're going to be productive and you get a sense of satisfaction for completing a goal so early.
Use essential oils.
You guys can probably tell that we like good air. Having an oil diffuser in your room really sets the energy. At night, lavender really relaxes you, but in the morning something more energetic to get you pumped, like mint.

Cedarwood ---> Reduces stress & Anxiety
