Eating like GIGI HADID for a week


Gigi HADID is a supermodel who seems to believe in making good choices, but allowing herself some indulgance, too.

It's not what you'd expect from a super model but the importance of nourishing yourself is clearer than ever.

Let's go ahead and see what Gigi eats in a day:

1.Breakfast

Gigi always has a coffee or some orange juice and she has 2 scrambled eggs and toast "it's just an easy go-to"

2. Lunch

Gigi loves salads with a variety of ingredients.

3. Snack

The model loves to snack on ice-cream.

4. Dinner

If Gigi eats out she eats sushi but if she stays at home she likes to enjoy a homemade dinner.


The model also exercises and drinks 2 l of water a day.
