Time for some TLC

Being a teenager is tough, hey. School, assignments, exams, friends, family, checking your Insta every ten minutes, the list goes on. So every now and then we should all take a little 'me' time. Here are some of our favourite ways to CHILLLLLLLL:


1 Dance like nobody's watching.


2 Sing like nobody's listening.


3 Wrap yourself in your doona and just do NOTHING.


4 Go outside WITHOUT your phone.


5 Pull funny faces in the mirror.


6 Cuddle your pet.


7 Swan around the house in a robe.


8 Do a face mask.


9 Netflix, Netflix, Netflix.


10 Eat good food.

- Sleep well


- Light a candle


- Put on a face mask ( it fixes everything)


- Make a gift for someone


- Clean up your room/ house


- Have a bath
