Look, we've all been there - uploaded a photo of ourselves and then on second glance all you can see is bad skin, greasy hair and a hint of a muffin-top. Ten minutes later, you're still staring at this same photo, but now the spots have taken over your face, your hair appears to be dripping with grease and that hint of a muffin top has turned into the biggest roll of flab you've ever seen.

You spend allll day just looking at that photo, that one photo you liked out of the 1000's you took but now you HATE it.

Right, STOP LOOKING AT THAT PHOTO time for some honesty. It's tough to be a teen and observe life and people around you as Insta-perfect, but the truth is, how we see ourselves and our insecurities is TOTALLY different to how others see us.
